In this session, we will review Classic Outlook, the new Outlook, and Outlook on the web. This includes an overview of upcoming Microsoft changes, expected timelines, and a comparison of key features across different Outlook experiences. 

We will also walk through feedback collected from the U of T community and discuss: 

• • Which features are currently available in the new Outlook 

• • Where functionality differs from Classic Outlook 

• • Known gaps and current workarounds 

Participants are encouraged to share their own tips, workarounds, and productivity practices based on their day-to-day use of Outlook.
