The Application Review Committee is comprised of IT stakeholders from across the tri-campus community and it meets monthly to evaluate and approve application requests. If an application is approved by the committee, it will be submitted for a risk assessment and final review before being implemented.

The M365 Tactical Resources Committee includes representatives from campuses, large divisions and Faculties, single-department Faculties, and central ITS. MTAC meets on a monthly basis to discuss and define tactical priorities together – a transparent approach that promotes sharing and collaboration.
