Management Systems (AMS)
Administrative Management Systems
Administrative Management Systems (AMS) is a collection of central U of T business applications, including HRIS and other HR related applications, financial applications (expenses, reimbursements, FIS), research applications (MYROL, MR, MRHP), procurement applications (uSOURCE) and Facilities & Services applications.
AMS is a collection of core SAP modules that support the following business functionality:

Student Information Systems
Student Information Systems
U of T's Student Information Systems is a collection of Enterprise level solutions that enhance the student experience and the academic lifecycle - from enrolment to convocation and alumni services. These solutions include ACORN, ROSI, ROSI Express, ROSI Alumni Transcript, Degree Explorer, Curriculum Management, Course Information System, EMarks, Exam Photo Invigilation, Varsity Blues Registration System and other NGSIS applications. This team also maintains U of T's official system of student record, ROSI.

University of Toronto Business Intelligence (UTBI) is a service-oriented program that supports analytical reporting and strategic planning initiatives. It helps the University make fact-based decisions in all areas of operations. UTBI organizes user groups and schedules events, provides training, user guides and supporting documents. The team also maintains a data warehouse that contains admission, enrolment, residence, awards and activity information and is made available through a variety of analytical tools, including Cognos and Tableau.
Includes training, analytics and data management for Tableau, Cognos and Informatica.
