Please note that if a system/interface is not available, reasonable but limited attempts will be made to fix the problem. There will be no HR or Financial Services staff available to help resolve problems for administrators.
Access to the Enterprise Service Centre will be available to browse knowledge base content and access incident or request tickets, however, services provided by support agents may not be available prior to the university’s reopening.
Power BI, Azure Data Studio, Tableau, and TM1 will be available, but will be unsupported. The central data warehouse will not be updated until the morning of January 6, 2025.

ASSUMPTIONS REGARDING SUPPORT
- All EASI staff required to work or be on-call will have access to the necessary systems from home.
- In the event that on-call staff is unable to fix a reported problem, the application/system will be taken out of service until the University reopens on Monday, January 6, 2025.
- There will be no registrarial or student accounts staff available to help resolve problems for students or to answer questions.
