Enterprise System Governance
The strategic direction of large EASI programs (SIS, AMS, and EntSS) is governed through a variety of committees and structures. Please see existing committees below:

Management Systems (AMS)
AMS is a collection of core SAP modules that support the following business functionality:
- Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Research Information System (RIS)
- Financial Information System (FIS)
- Facilities & Services Systems

Enterprise Shared Services (EntSS)
The Enterprise Shared Services team is responsible for the operation and support of centrally managed IT services including:
- Digital Workplace Support Services
- Microsoft Cloud Architecture and M365 Operations
- Enterprise Service Centre (ServiceNow) Development and Operational Support
- Information Management Consulting and SharePoint Online Operational Support
