Enterprise Applications and Solutions Integration (EASI) manages the development and implementation of centrally administered U of T computer systems, which include the core administrative management and student systems listed below. EASI is part of the Information Technology Services Portfolio, Office of the Chief Information Officer. Learn more about how we can meet your needs.

U of T's Student Information Systems is a collection of Enterprise level solutions that enhance the student experience and the academic lifecycle - from enrolment to convocation and alumni services. These solutions include ACORN, ROSI, ROSI Express, Degree Explorer, Curriculum Management, Course Information System, eMarks, Exam Photo Invigilation, Varsity Blues Registration System and other NGSIS applications. This team also maintains U of T's official system of student record, ROSI.

Administrative
Management Systems (AMS)

Administrative Management Systems

Administrative Management Systems (AMS) is a collection of central U of T business applications, including HRIS and other HR related applications, financial applications (expenses, reimbursements, FIS), research applications (MROL, MR, MRHP), procurement applications (uSOURCE) and Facilities & Services applications.

AMS is a collection of core SAP modules that support the following business functionality:

  • Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Research Information System (RIS)
  • Financial Information System (FIS)
  • Facilities & Services Systems

 

Enterprise Shared Services (EntSS)

Enterprise Shared Services (EntSS)

The Enterprise Shared Services team is responsible for the operation and support of centrally managed IT services including ITSM and HR instances of ServiceNow within the Enterprise Service Centre (ESC), information management based on the SharePoint platform, DocuSign Electronic Signature, QLess Virtual Queue Management, JIRA and Confluence, and core institutional Microsoft 365 applications. The Enterprise Shared Services team also provides the University of Toronto community with remote and onsite support services for their standard workstation and mobile technology requirements, including system installation, configuration, disposal, data storage, business continuity, software licensing and updates, virus and ransomware prevention and cleanup, and business solutions implementation.

The Enterprise Shared Services team is responsible for the operation and support of centrally managed IT services including:

  • Digital Workplace Support Services
  • Microsoft Cloud Architecture and Operations
  • Enterprise Service Centre (ServiceNow) Development and Operational Support
  • Information Management Consulting and SharePoint Online Operational Support
