AMS System Access Forms

Guide and forms for applying for AMS (SAP) system access. To apply for access to any of AMS (SAP) systems, applicants should contact their section Business Officer or Access Control Rep for guidance.  Department reps or contact persons should ensure applicants’ forms are filled out correctly and signed appropriately before they are submitted.  Since user accounts are set up in the AMS System through the employee position number, assigned by HR, please ensure this important number is on the form, (position number not required for Casual employees.)

Create CFC and CC Accounts

In order to process and record financial transactions, departments require accounts. The term “account” as used throughout this guide is a generic term referring to any of the FIS codes that departments are required to use in order to process financial transactions (e.g. GL accounts, Cost Elements, Fund Centers, Funds, Cost Centers, Internal Orders) as described in the GTFM section Introduction to FIS.
