We want to inform you about an upcoming change to Microsoft PowerPoint for the web that may affect your workflow. 

What’s Changing:
Due to low usage, Microsoft will retire the Present Live feature in PowerPoint for the web, effective May 30, 2025. 

Recommended Alternative:
We encourage users to transition to PowerPoint Live in Microsoft Teams, which offers enhanced presentation capabilities and will continue to receive development support.
