Starting July 4, the login process for eMarks will be streamlined to enhance security and user experience. Users will no longer need to perform a secondary authentication using their employee number. Instead, eMarks will require users to log in using their UTORid and password, followed by authentication using UTORMFA. Visit this webpage for more details.

eMarks is the University’s grade submission system for instructors.

eMarks was created to enable the submission of course grades and amended grades online. It also allows instructors and departments to track any changes made to a student’s grade.

Not yet Authorized? Please contact your Divisional Access Control Representatives (ACR). They will submit a request to EASI to add an account. Authorization is restricted to staff and faculty who require access for their duties.
