Dear AMS Users,

Following the recent renewal of the AMS certificate, some users are encountering the error shown below when logging into the AMS GUI.

We suspect this may be related to a new root or intermediate certificate associated with the updated AMS certificate.

While we continue to investigate, please try the following workaround:

1. Right-click on the AMS system entry in your SAP GUI.

Select Properties.

2. In the System Properties window, uncheck the “Activate Secure Network Communication (SNC)” option.

This should allow you to log in successfully in the interim.
