Manager Self Service (MSS)

For users experiencing issues downloading content from ESS / MSS when using IE11, use the following steps to troubleshoot upon logging into the ESS / MSS Portal. Click on Settings (Gear icon) > Internet options > Security (tab) > Trusted Sites > Sites > add '' to the list of trusted sites. Then hit Close > Ok. Close IE11, reopen, and log back in to access the reports.
