Employee Self-Service (ESS)

Please note that EASI is migrating all AMS web-based systems from an on-premise data centre to the cloud. This transition will allow for future scalability and agility, integration, and increased maintainability and security. As part of this upgrade, all administrative management systems will be offline from December 6 at 3:00 p.m. to December 9 at 7:00 a.m.

ESS is an online service available to eligible employees that provides a convenient and secure way for a user to access one’s own personal information from work or at home.

System availability: Daily, 4:00 AM – 1:00 AM (next day) (except for planned outages below)

Employee Self-Service (ESS) now uses UTORid credentials for ALL Employees (Appointed, Non-Appointed / Casual Employees)
