Expense Reimbursement Direct Deposit (ERDD)

Enterprise Applications & Solutions Integration (EASI) is launching the next phase of an upgrade to the Administrative Management Systems (AMS). As part of this phase, called the S/4HANA Migration, we are moving to a new platform. The transition to the new platform requires several cutover dry runs (i.e. simulating the actual Go Live weekend’s activities) prior to the Go Live itself to ensure all functions will continue to work properly.

As a result, this application will be offline during these cutover dry runs and Go Live cutover. Please visit the System Availability page for more details.

The Expense Reimbursement Direct Deposit (ERDD) allows users to create expense reimbursement claims for themselves / others for repayment of valid expenses incurred.

Service Availability: Monday to Sunday 4:00 AM – 1:00 AM (next day) – see modified availability above due to AMS FI Fiscal Year-End Closure.
