Dear Kronos users,

As you may be aware, on December 13 we were notified about an issue with the Kronos application. The application continues to remain unavailable, and the Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) is working to restore the service. The UKG team are in regular communications with our technical team with a target date of January 28 to fully restore service for the university.

The EASI Kronos team will reach out to those affected with instructions regarding business continuity for upcoming payroll periods. A Teams channel has been set up for those who have been impacted. If you would like to subscribe to the channel, or receive more detailed updates, please contact Stephanie Yang at stephaniezf.yang@utoronto.ca.

We will continue to receive updates from Kronos and will update the community as required.
