Dear colleagues,

Microsoft is changing the email address used to send automated notifications from Microsoft Forms.

What is changing

• • Starting August 2026, Microsoft Forms emails will begin coming from:
    • no-reply@forms.mail.microsoft instead of: maccount@microsoft.com
  • This includes emails such as response receipts and notifications about new Form responses.

Please note:

• • Most users do not need to take any action.
  • If you have mailbox rules that reference maccount@microsoft.com, update it to use no-reply@forms.mail.microsoft.
  • Microsoft expects the change to be completed by early September 2026.
