Dear AMS Users,

As a follow-up to a memo sent on July 9, regarding the SAP GUI login error, we are sharing an important update.

What’s happening

To help secure access to AMS, starting Friday, August 1 at 9 a.m. users who have not re-enabled encryption will be blocked from accessing the AMS system using the SAP GUI. A pop-up message will appear indicating that access has been denied.

• If you see this message, please follow these instructions to enable encryption.
• If you need help, please contact your departmental IT administrator. They have received updated instructions on how to assist you.
