Further to the August 22 communication, we are providing an important update ahead of the SAP H4S4 upgrade, scheduled for Saturday, October 4, 2025.

This upgrade is critical to maintaining continued compliance with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) licensing and support, and will maintain the continuity of payroll processing after December 2025.

Key changes effective Saturday, October 4:

• With the implementation of SAP H4S4, calendar views for PA61 (Maintain Time Data) will no longer be available. This functionality has been deprecated by SAP.
• PA61 will no longer support the following features:
  • Maintain Weekly Entry with Activity Allocation (2052)
  • Change Monthly Calendar (2051)
  • Change Annual Calendar (2050)

What’s new:

• A modified Fast Entry program has been developed to support the creation, modification and deletion of batch updates.
• UTime users remain unaffected by these changes.
• Existing time entry methods, including Excel mass upload for IT2002, will continue to function.
