Re: ACORN Technical Issues
ACORN experienced technical issues during course enrolment yesterday and today. The SIS team has been investigating the issue and has determined where the issue is occurring. The team is actively working towards determining the root cause and identifying possible solutions.
We are corresponding directly with divisions who have active course enrolment to work on mitigation strategies and support, and will be providing an update to everyone once we have more information regarding the issue and solution.
Currently, ACORN functionality has returned to normal and the team will continue to monitor should any other issues arise.
