Re: Upcoming Fall/Winter Course Enrolment Days

To all ROSI / ROSI Express / Degree Explorer Users:

2026-27 Fall/winter course enrolment is under way, with students at larger divisions beginning next week and our heaviest enrolment day being Friday July 24. Please view the Critical Dates calendar for the schedule. Where possible, we ask staff to limit use of the following processes, which may place additional burden on the system during enrolment times:

• ROSI Change of POSt (ChOPs)
• ROSI downloads and batch jobs
• ROSI reports (including invoice and academic history)
• ROSI admissions correspondence batch printing
• ROSI Express reports
• Degree Explorer batch reports (will be disabled during peak times)
• Degree Explorer degree, program, and course assessments
• Student Records Web Services (SRWS) API
• RXP REST API

If students contact you about slower-than-usual processing times during course enrolment, please inform them that this is due to high system traffic and to be patient. They should use only one device to access ACORN and avoid refreshing unnecessarily, as this will increase the load on the system. During busier enrolment times, access to Degree Explorer and non-enrolment functions in ACORN may be temporarily restricted to help manage system performance.

To check for ongoing system updates, students can visit the ITS System Status website; course-related questions should be directed to their registrar.

We will be working directly with divisions that have active course enrolment to monitor the system and to communicate any issues.
