• Fiori Launchpad Reporting will remain available.
• Access to the Enterprise Service Centre will be available to browse knowledge base content and access incident or request tickets; however, services provided by support agents may not be available prior to the university's reopening. 
• Concur (Travel & Expense Reimbursement) will remain available 24/7 except for posting claims or progressing the workflow after an approval. Posting claims/workflow continuation will resume when AMS is available on January 5, 2026, at 7 a.m.
