Administrative Management Systems (AMS)
AMS FI Fiscal Year-End Closure
This year, AMS will close for FI year-end processing on
Monday, April 28 at 7pm and will re-open on
Thursday, May 1 at 7am.
The following Administrative Management Systems applications will be affected:
- Expense Reimbursement Direct Deposit (ERDD)
- uSOURCE (please note that uSOURCE will close on Monday, April 28 at 5pm and will resume regular functionality on Thursday, May 1 at 9am)
Fiori Launchpad Reporting will remain available during this time. For more details about the closure, go to the

AMS is a collection of core SAP modules that support the following business functionality:
- Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Research Information System (RIS)
- Financial Information System (FIS)
- Facilities & Services Systems (F&S)
