Administrative Management Systems (AMS)
Please note, you may temporarily lose access to the systems below on Sunday, November 9 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. due to system maintenance associated with the U of T firewall. VPN connectivity may also be affected, resulting in interruptions to SAP GUI sessions. Once maintenance is complete, you may need to reconnect to the VPN to re-establish your SAP GUI session.
In addition, the systems below will be unavailable on Saturday, November 15 from 5 to 11 a.m. due to system maintenance:
- Employee Self-Service (ESS)/Manager Self-Service (MSS)
- Expense Reimbursement Direct Deposit (ERDD)/Concur, Travel & Expense Reimbursement
- Fiori Launchpad Reporting
AMS is a collection of core SAP modules that support the following business functionality:
- Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Research Information System (RIS)
- Financial Information System (FIS)
- Facilities & Services Systems (F&S)
