Re: SIS is launching live ‘Ask Us’ sessions on March 21 at 11 a.m.

Dear SIS users,

Student Information Systems (SIS) is delighted to offer its first ‘Ask Us’ session on Thursday, March 21 at 11 a.m. Submit your questions now using the SIS Ask Us Sessions form. Ask Us sessions are for administrative staff and faculty users of applications and processes managed by SIS. These sessions are designed to address ‘How To’ questions related to system usage and functionality.

If you have specific questions about a process (e.g., course set-up), or even if you feel some apprehension about utilizing specialized functions of our systems (e.g., effectively setting up ROSI downloads for reporting), please fill out the SIS Ask Us Sessions form. We will choose questions for the session with priority given based on the potential number of users of the function and relevance to the academic cycle. If we aren’t able to answer the question in the session we will still try to get back to you by email or the Enterprise Service Centre.

Please be specific in your request. Provide details and examples when possible, but do NOT include confidential or personally identifiable information (PII) from any supporting documentation (e.g., samples, screenshots, etc.).

Please note: While the ‘Ask Us’ sessions are ideal for general inquiries and guidance, specific records issues and bugs should be directed to the ESC (Enterprise Service Centre) for resolution.

Thank you for your engagement, we look forward to assisting you!

Sincerely,
Student Information Systems
