Microsoft Power Platform

Microsoft Power Platform is composed of two key products and other services: Power Apps and Power Automate.

Currently, Digital Workplace Tier 2 is available to help with the provisioning and governance of Power Platform environments, including assigning licenses and credits based on requests. While flow and app creation or troubleshooting are not supported, we’re happy to point you to the right resources for assistance with these areas.
Power Apps iconPower Apps: Microsoft Power Apps is is a versatile tool that lets you quickly build custom business apps. It connects to your data stored in various sources like SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SQL Server. Apps created with Power Apps are responsive and work seamlessly on phones and tablets.
Power Automate iconPower Automate: Microsoft Power Automate helps automate repetitive business processes. It can send reminders for overdue tasks, move business data between systems on a schedule, connect to over 600 data sources or any publicly available API, and even automate tasks on your local computer, like computing data in Excel.

Access

Web Version (recommended)

To access the Power Apps and Power Automate, sign in to your UTmail+ account (Outlook). Then, click on the application launcher (the waffle icon in the top left corner) and choose “All apps”, select Power Apps or Power Automate:

Desktop Versions

Power Automate: You can download Power Automate for desktop using the MSI installer from the Microsoft website. This version requires admin rights and manual updates.

Power Apps: Power Apps can be accessed through the web, but there are also mobile apps available for download on iOS and Android devices. You can find these in the respective app stores.
