UTmail+

With the new UTmail+, you get all of the email features you know and rely on plus increased functionality. Automatically organize your inbox and share documents by connecting to Microsoft 365’s OneDrive. You can connect from anywhere: log in to Outlook/UTmail+ online, or download the Outlook desktop and mobile apps to access your email from any device.

UTmail+ provides an email experience with significantly more space (100GB instead of 2GB for UTORexchange users and 200MB for UTORmail users), larger attachments, better synchronization between your devices and video conferencing right from your Outlook calendar. It also means that you’ll be up to date: Microsoft 365 always uses the newest version of Outlook.

We recommend that that you connect to Outlook/UTmail+ via your web browser or the Outlook 2016 client for the most complete access to features and functionality. Visit the Enterprise Service Centre’s Microsoft 365 Knowledge Base for more information on using UTmail+ with Outlook.

If you are student, please see UTmail+ for Students.
