ROSI Express and ROSI maintenance

Dear ROSI users,

A reminder and follow up about some important dates.

On Monday, November 22 we will be performing some minor maintenance work with ROSI Express from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. ROSI Express will remain available during this period. In the unlikely event that service is interrupted we ask that you simply log back on.

On Tuesday, November 23 at 10:00 a.m. we will switch ROSI Express from eToken authentication to UTOR Multifactor Authentication (DUO). Users who are signed into the system at this time will be able to continue using ROSI Express. After the configuration is changed, users will be asked to authenticate with DUO when they next login (or use the eToken button in the DUO sign in dialogue).

On November 27, changes will be made to ROSI, ROSI Files and Rocketshuttle and the VPN required for them. When staff return to work on Monday, November 29 they will be required to use the DUO MFA authentication and the new VPN address. More detailed instructions will be provided.

We are implementing the change to ROSI Express before the changes to ROSI so that student data is available to those offices that may need it during the configuration changes on the weekend of November 27.

Also note that the ROSI database will undergo quarterly maintenance on the evening of Friday, December 3. Systems and services using the database will be unavailable. Please refer to the email of October 28 for details.
